Photo Raw already has Content Aware fill in the crop tool. You can use it when your crop includes an area off of the edge of your photo.

It's described on page 83 of the user guide.

    Hello Rick,
thx very much for your answer. This is indeed not what I am talking about. I tried out the available feature in ON1  and - as you state yourself- it is a mere content aware filling.
My question is more in the direction of e.g. adding missing parts of an animal, like the tip of the beak of a bird, not being included in your photograph.
On1 can fill the extended canvas, but unforntunatelly, it cannot complete the missing part. I tried this out with a friend in the new PS Beta with Generative Fill. My Flamingo is all fine now!

Note, the lower parts (ca 20%) are "invented" not filled....
Is ON1 also planning to go into this direction?

    Best regards
    Georg

We are all just users here. No one knows what ON1 is planning to do.

    Hi Rick,

thx again for your fast reply.

Yes I know, however, I hope that someone at On1 may stumble upon the thread and really would like to get a statement from the company itself :)

But nevertheless, I would encourage other On1-friends, to share their thoughts here.

    Best

    Georg
