Slimming Model's Body

is there a way to slim a models body?

I've tried using the warp tool but can't seem to get it to work the way I want.(ie..I want to select multiple points & push them in... it only selects one point)

  Other than using transform to warp or compress the entire image, that's the only option. Photo Raw doesn't try to be a replacement for Photoshop.
