I have attempted to delete my settings when restarting On1 but this doesn't solve the issue

Keith, it's an Apple Silicon M2. The drivers are always up to date as they are part of the OS. 😉

John, do you have any other programs running when you launch Photo RAW?

Have you tried creating a new user account, sharing a few of your photos with that account, then running Photo RAW from there? It is possible there is some background task running on your user account that is interfering.

Hi folks. Thanks for your help. I'm not sure what you mean by a new user account. Thus far, deleting my settings again seemed to help. AI masks are applying correctly without hanging.I generally run On1 Photo Raw with only Microsoft Outlook or running. Occasionally I run it with Photoshop or Photos running if I'm working in both apps .

When you start up your computer you are required to sign in to your User account. You can add other users to your system. That's what I was referring to but it seems you don't need to do that since the Reset has cleared things up for you.
