When you export a single image, does the program display any kind of error dialog? Can you post of screenshot of it please?

Off the top of my head, because this is happening in OpenGL, my first thought is your video card drivers may need to be updated or reinstalled.

You should also try the Delete Settings File function. It will often clear problems that just suddenly start appearing.

Thanks Brian, I tried Delete Setting File and Reset all ON1 as well. Also I removed all my radeon drivers, clean computer up from any remained files and reinstall full driver from scratch.
I already submit a ticket to ON1 support but this situation sucks my workflow, I cant export anything.

This is the message I got when I tried to export at least 9 images at once where only 2 exported successfully

Here is the ON1 log file and the Export Log

The fact that 2 out of 9 were able to be exported implies there could be something wrong with those other files. I can try exporting one of them on my system if you'd like. Zip together the CR3 file along with its .on1 sidecar then load that to someplace like Dropbox or WeTransfer and post the download link here. I'll download it and give it a try. Tell me (or better yet, post a screenshot of) your Export settings so we can be sure I'm doing the same as you. It won't be until later that I can get to it though.

Good morning Jose, sorry I took so long getting back to you.

I just tried exporting all 9 photos on my Mac M1 mini w/ 16GB of RAM. I also got only 2 photos exported, numbers 4220 and 4222. My system did not crash though.

There could be something different about the files which work vs those which do not. It's also possible there's a bug that will need to be reported.

I was able to get the one of them I tested saved to jpeg by using the Resize module. I didn't do any Sharpening, I'll leave that up to you. That may or may not make a difference in the failure to Export. It will be a bit slower but you should be able to get your work done for now.

A couple of things to test I don't have time for right now are turning off different options in the Export Settings one at a time. That could make a difference and would be something to add to the bug report you should file.

One more thing I cannot test since I'm Mac is your video card drivers. Are they up to date and properly configured?

    Thanks Brian,

Yes, my AMD drivers are up to date Adrenalin 23.5.2, also y removed all drivers from device manager and adrenalin software as well and install the PRO version 23.1.1. I did the ON1 reset as you suggested but nothing works.

But I got answer from ON1 support which happens the same at their side. They found the Noise Reduction effect causes the issue. I removed the noise reduction and all of them exported successfully. I replied to their suggestions let them know this will be a bug inside NR module that must be considered, so we expect can be solved.

Brian, thanks a lot for your efforts, very appreciated!!

I got other spotted issues which hits my workflow randomly like the case of the Color temperature not pasted or sync between images and I got a ticket for that (#349639)
