ON1 Photo Keyword AI Shutting Down Issue Mac OSX Ventura

Hi,

I frequently have this issue where ON1 PK does't shut down and just shows this dialog box. I has happened again just now and it has been shutting down for 10 minutes. I will force quit it.

What is also annoying is the Progress dialog box is a pop under in that it is behind all other open programs. It is only when I try to open Photo Raw and it says to shut Photo Keyword down first do I realise the Keyword program has not shut down.

I expect it might have to do some clean up tasks before quitting completely but 10+ minutes is ridiculous.

  It does that when it is still creating the Catalog(s). I waited for over an hour the other day before giving up and Force Quitting the program.

  I have the same issue with Mac Sonoma 14.0.
