Yes the AI is sometimes fussy and will process one photo just fine and leave another with all or nothing. If this is happening to all your photos then there is a problem, possibly a driver issue.

I'm assuming since you did not give me any real help that this is a ongoing problem and there is no clear answer. ill try searching again but it is very frustrating to get over a thousand hits and the first several pages are erroneous to the problem.

Keith,we don't work for ON1. There is only so much help that we can give. It's all been discussed here many times and we don't have a fix. I suggest that you report the problem to ON1 tech support. There is a link at the bottom of this page.
