Can't use On1Raw since installing 2023.5!

I downloaded 2023.5 on both my Laptop and AllinOne PC - both are made by Acer and the Laptop is the oldest model.  The laptop works fine but I can't open On1Raw on the AllinOne which I believe is because Vulkan could not be initializedn - it says Vulkan 1.1 is required??

How do I solve this problem?  I am not a techie and now have a PC that I can't use for photo editing.  Can it be fixed or can I go back to 2023 which worked well?

  By doing a site search, Nigel - the Vulkan 1.1 problem has been covered ad nauseam.
