Raw Files
The platform worked fine until the new version came out. It now feels very unstable, blips in and out, and sometimes crashes altogether. I have downloaded the latest NVIDIA GE Force driver. I'm still having problems with my raw files. If I bring say 10 at once to the platform, 1/2 will show the image and 1/2 of them won't. Sometimes there is no info coming up for the file. Other times it will export then show the image in the file. Anybody experiencing this?

I think you may have a hardware problem. Maybe lack of memory. If it can show half of your photos, it knows how to open and interpret them. A lack of memory or an insufficient cpu/gpu could be your cause. Have you put on the gpu acceleration?

What are your system specs Maureen? Which GPU are you running?

Hi Brian, how do I find this info? The GPU? And how do I put on the GPU acceleration?

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10510U CPU @ 1.80GHz 2.30 GHz

Also, when I go to the Effects tab, only a portion of the window comes up. There is no editing bar. Once that window comes up I have to get out of the photo completely and start over.

16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable) but maybe that's not true?

Memory usage according to my performance is 44%.

Is this a laptop? What kind/model?
Your processor is 4 years old and has a built-in GPU. Does your computer also have a dedicated video card? You mentioned downloading the latest NVIDIA drivers which wouldn't do anything for the built-in GPU.
If it does have a dedicated video card have you told the OS to disable the built-in Intel UHD GPU? There are instructions at the Knowledge Base article "OpenGL 3.3 and Later is Required" - How to Update Video Card Driver (Windows Only) - Photo RAW.

I have an HP Spectre X360 Convertible 15-df1. Laptop. I will try to look for the video card.

I'm not computer savvy. I'm at a loss as to what to do. Take it in or get a new computer?

The HP store says your system does have an NVIDIA GeForce 1050 Ti video card with 4GB of VRAM.

Make sure your systems graphics drivers are configured according to the article I linked above, That will walk you through configuring everything step-by-step.
There have been reports that the latest NVIDIA drivers are problematic. The display issues you mentioned above are an indicator of driver problems. Some users have found that using the Studio release or even going back to the previous release has fixed their problems.

Brian, did you mean to link this one?

That one is newer than what I posted. Thanks.

Brian, Rick, thank you so much for your comments! I will check on the links above. I probably use my computer much the same way you guys do. It is almost strictly for ON1. My processor runs incessantly. It could just be worn out. I don't store much on my computer. I work on my photos by accessing them from an external driver or transferring some over at a time. I would love to hear your recommendation for how much memory I should consider in case I opt for a new computer. Thank you!

Brian, I have forwarded my log file to Stevie. Hoping this helps the situation.
