Using preset as default upon opening new file

I created a custom preset that has my most used effects modules activated but at null settings, which saves me a lot of selections and clicks when editing a photo.  Instead of going into custom presets and selecting my style, I'd like to automatically invoke that preset.  Does anyone know of a way to do that?  Many thanks.

  If you use Photo RAW's Import feature, you can apply that Preset when the photos are imported. It is in the Photo Settings section of the Import panel.
