Denoise AI does not seem to be doing anytthing - black screen on right to left slider

Just bought AI Denoise but when I upload an image (including the stock demo image) when I move the slider right to left to show Denoise/Sharpening etc progress only a black screen is shown on the right hand side of the slider. Image saves as a black screen only. Raised this as a ticket but wondering if I've missed something. 

Windows 10 user with Lightroom/Photoshop but using this a standalone product.

  Graeme, if you are running a Nvidia card you might want to check on their website for the latest drivers, there have been some issues like this reported with older drivers.
