Nope, no idea. Try the ON1 PHOTO RAW - Delete Settings or Reset ON1 PHOTO RAW  function first.

Brian, I tried that today and it didn't work.  I just updated to Sonoma, but the shift and start just launched.  I have tried all the other modifiers and no luck.  Any other ideas to get this to start?

Theodore, if you're referring to starting Delete settings, it's only the shift key as the article states. Hold it down immediately after starting the program and keep it down until the program window appears.

Thanks, Rick, I got it to work and did the reset but now it's worse.  Right/Control-click doesn't pull up any menus at all.  It used to work in Brouse but not edit - now it doesn't work in either!  Any other ideas?

There is no such thing as right-ctrl-click that I know of. menus open with a plain old right-click just like any other menu. What are you trying to do?

Rick, on a Mac Control-click is the same as Right-click since so many Macs have 1 button devices.

    Theodore, try Delete Settings.

Hello Gentlemen!!!  Brian, thanks for doing a better job of explaining what I am trying to do.

I have done the delete settings twice now, which hasn't fixed the situation.  I did get back the control-click menu's browse page with the second attempt.  I have restarted my computer each time.  I am out of ideas, altitude, and airspeed so any other ideas are greatly appreciated.

Theodore, you haven't yet described your problem to us. There's some more info that could be helpful too.

What are your system specs? I just updated to Sonoma this morning and I'm not having any problems because of it.

What exactly is the problem you are having? What steps are you taking in the program and what is happening when you take them?

    Brian,

System - 27" iMac (2019), 8 core i9, 64 gb, ssd internal 1 tb free, Sonoma, ON1 2023.5 showing no updates available.  Apple keyboard, Apple trackpad, new Intous Pro w/Aug driver update.

While taking a Scott Carpenter class and again in a couple of ON1+ classes the instructor would say "Right Click" and a menu would pop up with edit actions.  I had never done that before so I set out to find out how to.  I learned that you have to use control-click.  So I attempted that and nothing happened while in edit mode.  Control-click would bring up a menu in the browse tab.  I set my tablet to "right-click" on the pen button and nothing in the edit tab.  I wrote to Scott and he said that control-click was correct.  I did the delete setting twice and still had no luck in edit using the keyboard/trackpad or the tablet.

Hope this will help fill in the gaps.  Thanks in advance.

It does help, thanks. Which input device are you using to do the Control-click? There is a known problem with using the tablet stylus to do this, the contextual-menu does not appear. I use an older Wacom Intuos tablet and when I need that menu I use my trackpad to pull up the menu then I can go back to the stylus to make my choice and continue editing.

Ok, but the problem is that it is not working using the Apple keyboard and trackpad, and no tablet is connected.  I had the trackpad set for Secondary click on the lower right corner which is supposed to be the same as right-click/control-click and that doesn't help.  I even disabled the secondary click and no change in edit mode.   That is what is so confusing is that it is only in edit mode this accrues.

Here is how I have set my trackpad settings. If setting yours the same doesn't fix the problem you'll have to talk to tech support, sorry.

How to submit a problem to ON1 Tech Support

Thanks for all the effort! No change.  Works great in browse but not in edit.
