How to show select IPTC fields that are not shown by default?

I have photos imported into my ON1 Photo Raw 2023 for Mac for editing and organization which already contain IPTC information such as "Person Shown".  Some of these fields are not shown on ON1 Photo Raw by default.  How do I change which IPTC fields are shown in the ON1 Photo Raw Metadata panel so that I can use those extra fields?

  What do you mean 'by default'? Are you able to select them even though they are not initially shown?

  As far as I know, there are no options to enable more fields than what's already there.
