TIFF file created with DeepSkyStacker will not display or open

I have used DSS to create a .tif file that I now wanted to edit in ON1, but the program just shows me the icon below when I click Edit.

The file size is 285 MB. Has anyone else either used DSS and ON1, or opened a similar size TIFF in ON1?

  What color space is that file in? Photo RAW only works with the RGB color space.

  I figured it out – the file was RGB, but it was 32-bit. Once I saved it as 16-bit instead, it opened in ON1 as it should.
