On1 toolbars turn white
Hello, I really enjoy using On1 Photo Raw and have upgraded regularly for the last 3 or 4 years ( also have an On1Plus subscription).
Just recently over the past few days, I have encountered a very annoying bug with the software. At what seems to be random times either the top menu bar or all of the edges (with vital buttons on) turn pure white. If I hover the mouse over this white bar I can still press the button underneath, although I can't see what the buttons are, making it somewhat of a game of chance. The only way to fix it is to either close and restart On1 or occasionally my laptop completely.
The machine I am using is an MSI Gaming Laptop PC with a good graphics card and 64gb of RAM.
I have attached a screen grab to show the problem...
When I mentioned this on the On1 Facebook group several other Windows users said they experience the same issue...
Does anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this?

I have 3 suggestions for you to try.
1) The the Delete Settings feature. ON1 PHOTO RAW - Delete Settings or Reset ON1 PHOTO RAW
2) Download and install the latest drivers from the GPU manufacturer for your system.
3) Contact Tech Support. How to submit a problem to ON1 Tech Support

I had the same issue a few days ago. So far it did not show up again. You're not alone ...
