Program Froze. Can't use

The program froze. It started when I clicked on view on the upper toolbar.  It went to full screen. Clicked on other tasks, nothing. Had to click on the windows button to view program trey. To exit ON1 I have to close it thru the task manager. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program to no avail. Rebooted didn't help.

I am on a trial.

  Try either Delete settings or Reset from the link below. If you're getting a crash message on startup, you need to clear that first, then close the program and restart to get to delete settings mode.
