Photo RAW 2023 now locks up when editing any image

ON my MacBookAir M2 running Ventura 13.5.1, whenever I open any file for editing in Photo RAW 2023 (v - 17.5.1 (14051)) the app locks up immediately. This started three days ago. Previously it worked fine.

I now have to force quit even after waiting over an hour for the spinning beach ball to go (it never does)

It continues to work in Photo Raw 2022 (v-16.5.1.12526) and Photo RAW 2023  continues to work on my Mac Mini M1 running Big Sur 11.7.8. Both have 16GB of RAM.

Has anyone else run into this on an M2 Mac?

  First thing to try is Delete settings...
