This was brought up on the Plus Forums a while back and Dylan did say they would be doing something about it but so far it has not happened. Was that you the brought it up there? I imagine they are pretty busy getting things ready for the 2024 release right now.

Oui, j'ai demandé à Dylan et j'ai vu sa réponse. Mais rien à changer sur les dernières vidéos. D'autres intervenants posent aussi des vidéos non sous-titrées. Cela ne doit pas être difficile ! J'aurais aimé que le responsable de ON1 plus interviennent auprès de toutes ces personnes afin que ces vidéos aient un sous-titre. J'aime le logiciel ON1 photoraw, c'est pour cette raison que je me suis inscrit à ON1 plus, mais je ne profite pas pleinement de cette inscription. (pour avoir été dans d'autres communautés de log, les vidéos avaient toutes une traduction dans beaucoup de langues) Il y a encore une autre solution : le logiciel ON1 photoraw ne doit se vendre que dans les pays anglophones ????Yes, I asked Dylan and saw his response. Maybe On1 Plus is not worth the expense for you, especially since the videos do not have the ability to produce subtitles. I have been using the programme perfectly well without the need for Plus. Anyway, I think this would be a big demand from a small company like On1. And would one expect them to produce subs in other languages as well: Chinese, Japanese, Hindi etc.?
I can't post the link here but there is a free online subtitle generator called VEED.IO. It might work for you.
My French is a bit rusty, but I am sure you know how to use Google or Apple Translate.

Google Translate is available on both Apple and Android smart phones. It can translate voice in almost real time and display the text in almost any language. you may have to start and stop the video in order to read the text before continuing, but you CAN get a FAIRLY accurate transcription in your language of preference.
