On1 2023.5 crashes on startup with the NVIDIA 537.34 driver dated 9/12/23

If On1 2023.5 crashes on start, verify that you aren't running the NVIDIA driver 537.34 dated 9/122/23.  I filed a support ticket with On1 but solved the problem myself after doing some detective work.

I backed off to 537.13 WHQL    2023.8.22.  Be sure to use the Advanced option, and select do a clean install.

  I've just upgraded to that version of driver and ON1 loads OK. Running Windows 10.

  I was running on a freshly installed version of Windows 11.  Maybe that's the difference.
