when you buy a new version of photo raw will it copy your presets from older versions.

I'm a vet and the new version costs less then the upgrade.

    Forget my previous post. It had typos. Sorry. Here is the corrected version.

    That depends upon how old those older versions are. Photo RAW will migrate from the previous year's version as long as that year's user data is still in place.

    However, it is not true that the Upgrade costs more than a new purchase. You are probably conflating the prices for 2 different versions of the program. For 2024 we will have the option to upgrade to the more expensive ON1 Photo RAW 2024 MAX which includes more seats for the license and the ability to use Photo RAW directly as a plug-in once again, or, the standard version ON1 Photo RAW 2024 which is the upgrade for what we are all running now in 2023.

    The purchase price for a new license for ON1 Photo RAW 2024 MAX is $149. There is no Upgrade price for it since it is a new product being introduced later this year. The purchase price for a new license for ON1 Photo RAW 2024 is $99. The Upgrade price for current users has not yet been announced.

    The upgrade price for current users HAS been announced. It is $79USD. There are various 20% discount coupons available, which brought it down to below $70 for me, including sales tax. Prices in EUR, GBP etc are somewhat higher.

    I am logged into my account at all times. 😁 I see a different page than that. Mine does not have the Full/Upgrade switch. Probably because I'm on a different plan with the company.

    That could be the case. Anyway, hopefully others are getting the upgrade offer. I assume the OP means he is a services vet not an animal vet! Do they get discounts?
