Sending ON1 edits to Lightroom for printing cards

All of the sudden when I send an edited ON1 Photo for card printing to LR the edits are lost.  I have used LRs printing for cards since ON1's doesn't and always the ON1 edits were transferred to lightroom.  What has changed and is it still possible?

  You haven't given us enough information to work with.

  • Which ON1 program are you using to send the images to Lr?
  • What method were you using that worked but isn't now?
  • What method are you using now?

  I am using 2023.5 on a MAC with Ventura 13.5.2.  Have always edited a photo in ON1 gone to file and click “send to lightroom Classic”  next box “send with edits which I have always clicked.  I am trying to use the same method but the second box —send with edits does not come up..

  2023.5 what? That is a version number, not a program name. I'm going to assume we are talking about ON1 Photo RAW 2023.5

  Go to Preferences > Files and make sure the checkbox Show these options every time is turned on. That controls whether or not you see those options when sending.
