X-Rite Custom Camera Profile In ON1 Renders Low Contrast

I have created a custom profile using X-Rite and followed instructions.

• Create a DNG file from a Leica M
• Open in ON1 using camera profile 'linear raw'.
• Export as TIFF selecting Camera Calibration Space
• Open in X-Rite and export as ICC

Upon importing this ICC file into ON1 and applying to a new DNG, I am seeing a very low contrast in the photo.

Am I missing something, as opening the DNG with ON1 Standard seems to nail the contrast.
