How can I change my colour swatch picker from rectangle to circular like Dylans from On1 videos?

  You cannot. Dylan is on a Mac. You’re on a Windows machine, and the color picker is provided by the operating system.

  Cheers, thank you very much for you answer. It would be nice to have the option of a colour wheel within On1 software.

  For that to happen the company would have to invest time and effort into rewriting a piece of code the operating system provides for free. You could always switch to Macs. 😁😉
