Photo filters are no longer showing in menu

I purchased the standalone 2003.5 last month and the photo filters were showing up and working in the. left quick menu.Now when I open up the same RAW file type (.CR2) or .JPEG that menu is no longer showing as an option. Has something changed? How do I get these filters back?

  A screenshot of the problem would have helped a lot as it's very difficult to figure out what you're doing. Best guess is that the Preset Pane is closed. There are many ways to open it, the simplest is to click the icon on the bottom left.

   

  

  If that's not the problem, post a screenshot of what you're seeing.

  Hi guys,

  i have the same problem that the filter section is not seen in the left menu panel. As well i can't insert an image to show you how it's look like on my MAC.

  Henry, you need to provide more info than that. What DO you see and what have you already tried to fix it?

  When the page won’t let you upload an image, reload the page and try again. It works for me.

  Henry, The above answer fixed my issue. It looks like I inadvertently closed the side menu for the filters. Click on the icon circled in the image and that should bring back the menu.
