    I agree that the servers must be busy. I'd wait a bit and try again later. Photo Raw will run just fine in trial mode for now.

    Unable to signin here also. code 500 - probably a server error.

    They're likely aware of it then, since many of us are seeing it.  I'll go ahead and run in trial mode for now.

    Can't find my license; and now on1 says my trial period is over and yet I have owned this software for years.  Very pissed off.

    Same problem for me on both Mac and Windows.  Disappointing to say the least.  Thanks for the tip on using trial mode.

    This is crazy and it's not that they had loads of  time to do dummy runs 

    At the moment I am totally locked out of my 2023 version and 2024

    Same here...locked out of all products. Running 2024 in trial until they get it sorted out. I thought I was alone with my problem until coming here.

    Same here on a mac. Can't login to 2024. 

    I restarted the computer and afterwards I was at least able to login in to 2023.

    Same problem for me as well. Can't sign in to 2024 or 2023. Very frustrating to say the least!!!

    so now i can sign in but getting product not found (-4).  still seems to not fully working.

    Trying to activate on1 photo raw max 2024, its listed in my account.

    Now after entering email and pass I get an error message saying there are too many activations. I click the button to release all and then I get the old 500 error message (-13).

    Seems to me they would've checked to make sure people can open the app before releasing it.

    Greg, they have been having problems with their server all afternoon, even though it's a PITA, once you are able to get it, I think you will be pleased.

    If you're able to get the app to run in trial mode, do so and then try logging in from the Help menu option.  I was able to get logged in, and activation status persisted between launches; so that may be an option for some.

    I keep getting that when i try to log in from help, after running it in trial mode..

    This is a bit tiresome. I was finally able to log in but could not activate Photo Raw 2024. I could activate Photo Raw 2023. Earlier when trying to activate 2024 I got the error message that the system could not find the product ( it's there). Now I get the error message that my password is incorrect (it's not). I am able to run 2024 in trial mode. Sure hope they get this mess sorted out. Has anyone had any luck with offline activation? I tried but it said my activation code was invalid etc.

    Same issues, login error code 7 saying password incorrect, but it is not, logged on to website and this forum just fine

    As of 7:30 Eastern.  I am able to login to all ON1 products without issue.  Thanks for fixing this ON1 team!
