It’s a known issue , they are working on the backend activation server

I have a subscription and I can not open/login to neither the 2023 version or the 2024 version.  I will be canceling asap

How is it known and where have they mentioned it.  I opened a ticket, looked at their site, and not a mention of anything

Sorry, Rick Sammartino, I don't see any posts directly below mine that are asking the same question. What am I missing?

So wait - broader question here.  With a subscription you are 100% reliant on a continuous internet connection?  I cant take my laptop camping and do some photo editing while there, as the software needs to connect to the servers to open?  My 2023 version was working before so shouldn't need to be activated again.

My understanding is that the app checks on startup . You can use an offline activation code if you have no internet . You can generate this code on your product page when signed in on the on1 website

There is no products in the product page when you have a subscription - I've tried that today since I couldn't get things to work.  Only under the subscriptions page is there the subscription but no way to generate an offline key.  But thanks - Looks like I'll cancel just the same then

What a mess. I downloaded the app directly so as not to have to use the Application Manager. Can't sign in via the app either! It says it's checking the license and then just reverts to the sign in window.

I was able to successfully sign in to the ON1 Application Manager, but when I try to sign in when launching the app, it just says Checking License... and then goes back to ask me to sign in again. I think this is the same issue as Steve Wilkison is having.

Same problem here. I can now access the 2023 version again but still can't get into 2024.

Same here, the 2024 version just keeps on cycling through the login.  I can log unto my account and can access the 2023 version, but not the 2024.  I downloaded it and installed it using both ways with no luck. I am using an M2 Mac with Ventura OS

I had similar issues, and got tired of re-typing my Safari generated strong password just because the Application Manager doesn't allow auto-fill or even copy/paste from my Safari password settings.  So I went into my ON1 profile and changed the password to a simpler one, and that worked.  Of course, once in the 2024 app, my Smart Albums do not appear and the fields in the Albums pull-down menu are grayed out....

Same issue as Andrew. I'm using a M2 Mac Studio with Sonoma 14.1.

Impossible to launch ON1 Photo Raw 2024, problem with the checking of the licence. But it's OK with the version 2023.
