    I am having the same issue on same configuration. Temporary work-around I am using is to sign into 30 day trial. It works fine. Good luck!

    I'm getting Unknown error code 500, contact service (-13). Using the user/password I used to get on this site. Windows 11 system (which is running 2023 OK). Merci.

    So it has now logged me on. I didn't do anything but wait 30 minutes.

    Same problem Unknown error 500, contact service (-13). Have tried several times over an hour on two computers. I guess I'll just keep trying. Anything else to do?

    Also getting this 500 error.
    This is sure a bummer on the first day of release of ON1 2022.

    Did receive a reply from Tech Support and was informed they are aware of the issue and working to resolve it. Let’s hope the issue is fixed soon.

    As a trial version it works.

    Actually i tried another one and it works!

    Maybe they find the bug or the registration server was a bit overload.

    Same problem no error message/code, & won't accept my password. After several tries, it now says I have too  many "activations" & need to delete them & contact support to purchase more. Purchase? Support said a fix is coming & will need to delete the activations then and retry. Not going to try anything else until a fix is in place....hopefully it will be soon. Disappointing, was looking forward to using it yesterday.

    The fix is already in place. There is a button to reset your Activations so you can clear that problem and get logged in properly.

    Mac Mini, M1 16GB Mac OS 13.6

    Right after I enter my name and password, the app crashes. Sometimes I can get as far as putting a photo into "edit" and then it crashes.

    Where is this button to reset activations? Generally, I don't get further than the Login window.

    I deleted settings. The app seemed to be working for 10 seconds and crashed.

    That's what I'm running so I know your hardware is capable. You could have some kind of conflict. Do you know how to start up in Safe Mode?

    Once it is booted in Safe Mode try running it again and see if it crashes as quickly.
