    Yes, your system does meet the minimum requirements. You really need a system with a dedicated video card and lots of VRAM. All the AI processing being done to create masks and analyze the image before it is even displayed on the screen is very GPU intensive and the integrated GPU in your CPU just isn't up to the task.

    Check out some of the other thread here on performance issues to tips that may help with your system. Start with Troubleshooting Tips – ON1 Support and Optimizing Performance for ON1 Photo RAW & ON1 Apps – ON1 Support.

    Sandeep,

    You may also want to try disabling cataloging to see if that helps your situation. I had similar problems when I first installed PR 2019 (which I returned due to the performance problem) and 2020.  It wasn't until I disabled cataloging, based on tech supports suggestion, that I was able to use PR at all. I think at the time I had 120,000+ images being cataloged.  I left my PC on for a week to let the catalog process finish, and it never got better.  I had an older AMD 2200G at the time. My CPU, the integrated GPU, and disks all showed very minimal loads, always less than 5%.  During this time, all other apps responded normally.  It wasn't clear what PR was doing.  Without cataloging active, most actions completed within a few seconds, which wasn't horrible except for when I needed to use the healing brush multiple times.

    I have since upgraded to a better and faster CPU/integrated GPU (AMD 5700G, early 2021). Still, no action is immediate, but for casual use it's very acceptable. I haven't bothered to re-test the catalog feature since I first disabled it.

    So based on all your replies it appears that I need a new video external video card. Since I am looking at upgrading my computer in the future do you think the below specs would be good enough for ON1 considering that it has an external video card:

    XPS Desktop
    ===============
    Processor: 13th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-13700 (24 MB cache, 16 cores, 2.10 GHz to 5.10 GHz Turbo)

    O/S: Windows 11 Pro, English, French, Spanish

    Video card: NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 4060 Ti 8GB GDDR6

    Memory: 32 GB: 2 x 16 GB, DDR5, 4800 MT/s

    Harddrive: 1 TB, M.2, PCIe NVMe, SSD (boot) + 2 TB, 7200 RPM, SATA, HDD (storage)
