Try clicking on Styles to open it up, you should see the More dropdown menu.  If not there is a problem.

This is the message from ON1 support after another user had the same problem...

What we should do is first check the main preference for Photo Raw 2024.

If you launch the application, then go to the Edit menu and then select Preferences, our main preferences dialog will come up.  Click on the tab that is labeled Files.  Make sure the option to save on1 side car files is enabled.  This makes sure that the edits you have done are saved in a side car file.  If that's the case, quit Photo Raw 2024.

    Go to:  C:\Users\<Your Username>\AppData\Roaming\ON1\ON1 Photo RAW 2024.

Please note, App Data is a Hidden Folder on Windows. Please make sure you enable hidden files and folders on your machine so you are able to open this folder:

There will be a folder in here called NDService.  Move this folder to the Desktop.  Do not delete this folder.  Once moved to the Desktop, launch Photo Raw 2024 and then see if the styles load up from a filter in the Effects module.

    Rick,

I did all that and it actually worked! The styles are showing up now in the dropdown.  Crazy.  I will just leave the folder on the desktop then. Thank you!!

No, if it's working now, you can delete that folder. Photo Raw has already created a new one in it's place.
