Crashing after clicking Export

Hi,

 

I just installed last version of the On1 Photo Raw 2018 12.5.2 5688 on an iMac 27" late 2015. After the update almost every-time I click the export button, the app either freeze or closes. 

Do you have a solution for this?

  Mine is doing exactly the same.  Its driving me mad.  And its not just when I click export.  I find the export in background useless - it always crashes when using this.

  You should both send in a support ticket with a description of what's happening and when. You should also probably include a copy of the log immediately after restarting and the specs of your PC.
