I just wanted to know if Support is going to chime in on conversations if need be, or are they still only accessable through a support request?

    I meant this to be a group anniversary, not the mods.

    David, you've been here as long as I have and contributed as much as anyone, so thanks for your help.

    I think quick general 'fixes' would be fine - but individual 'problems' may be best by a ticket.

    i was hoping someone from support would confirm this, but no need now. I see James from Tech Support is making some posts occasionally.

    Happy Anniversary!!!

    So here we are 3 years later on Aug 13 2021 on the 3rd Anniversary of this groups opening in 2018.

    I've dug up this, my first post to the group in 2018 rather than starting a new thread.

    I think this forum has worked out well and while we as a group haven't been able to help everyone, most visitors have gotten a decent answer to their questions.

    My original reason for coming here (not a moderator back then) was that I didn't want anyone left hanging after posting a question, so, if I had an answer, that was great, but if not at least the poster knew they weren't being ignored and I could tell them who they could contact.

    Just checking my personal stats, while I've only started 27 new threads of my own, I've made 3820 posts to other threads. (so far!)

    Looks like you joined the group Apr 13 2019 and I don't have the date, but you became a moderator just after I did on June 20 2019. You've managed to make over 5000 posts in that time!
