Extras disappeared from Left Panel in Layers Module

Some time ago, I loaded a number of ".OnPreset" files into On1 Photo RAW 2018.

Today, I went into the Layers Module to add a Border & Watermark. To cut a slightly longer story short, after changing what Border to use, when going back to the folder to find my first choice, I found that it's folder was completely empty. I clicked to other folders & they were fine. I tried to use the Extras Manager with no success. I used the original "Brush Frames2.OnPreset" to load them again, but no files were loaded.

Anyone know how to get the files back?

  If you're able to access wherever you got them from, you could try downloading again just in case something is corrupt. Other than that, if you're sure you're installing properly you should submit a support request with all details also a copy of the logs taken just after trying to install those in case there are errors related.

  Hi Colin,

  Under Windows, all available extras files including LUTs are to be found at:

  C:\Users\%name%\AppData\Roaming\ON1\Extras 2018\

  You may have a look at this location to verify whether or not your files are gone (or corrupted).

  You may also want to back-up them.
