Streamlining access to freeform crop
I have 10.5.2 on a mac, and I would like to know how to streamline the workflow for freeform cropping. I take numerous images of insects, most of which must be cropped. In ON Enhance, I click the Crop button, then wait for the Zoom to turn to Custom, then click it to access Freeform. I do this hundreds of time a week, so I am hoping there is a shorter way, perhaps a preset. I have yet to figure out how to do a preset, though. Any help appreciated.

Not sure what 10.5.2 is. Are we talking Photo Raw or something else?
Assuming you're using Photo Raw 2018...
Sorry, no preset for crop and even if there was, how would that work for Freeform since they'd all be different?
When I click Crop, I don't have "wait for the Zoom to turn to Custom", I don't know what that means. When I click it, crop is instantly on. As for selecting Freeform, On1 is supposed to remember your previous crop setting. If it did, you wouldn't have to select it but looks like it's still not working. My only suggestion is to use Filmstrip view which might be quicker to select photos.

10.5.2 refers to the most recent version of ON1 Photo, and I don't use Photo Raw, no idea what that is. The only View options are E for Photo View and G for thumbnail View. Thanks for helping, anyway.

Photo 10 was replaced, I think, 2 years ago, so you've been fighting with this all that time? Might be worthwhile to get the 30 day trial of Photo Raw 2018 and give it a shot. You can run both new and old side by side.
