click on your name at the top right and pick support tickets

Cool. I didn't know we could do that. Looks like I've had 42 support tickets over the past 2 years!

I don't know how long your have been in. Sometimes they are pretty quick, but sometines it takes a week or more. Depends on the work load.

A free BBQ would be nice. :)

Some of those are just feedback about problems that I come across. I figure if I get an update and problems that I know about still aren't working, I should at least let them know. There are other things that I say are problems and they say they aren't, for example, open a photo in effects, add a filter and imagine you've been working on it all day. Now 'accidentally' hit the forward slash key.
