Pastel Images Like Video

Hi, Have been waliking around taking Landscape/Seascape images for many years but now looking for an easier option to give older legs and arms a rest so looking at Indoor flower photography and came across a video on Youtube useing Topaz Labs software with a pastel preset and ask is there a simular preset that would work with On1 Photo RAW 2018? Of course FREE is better for a starter option.

Really don't want to buy another software if I don't need to.
