Glad that I could help. Not sure about my psychic powers though :-)

Did you check that the resize model isn't on when exporting? this happened to me :-)

Sorry wrong word I said "save" instead of "export".

I want to export my saved panos. in jpg.

Hi Jorma.  Thank you for your help, this has resolved my problem.

I just wish tech support could have told me to check this when I asked a few weeks ago.

I was having to export to Luminar and then export them from there!

Thank you again for your quick and uncomplicated solution.

Panos are saved by the Pano module and not in Browse or Develop since at that point On1 is non-destructive, so you're going to have to explain that a bit more.

As for some edits not being applied, yes that's a possibility. There's a bug reported where some filters are not being applied when exporting from Effects. Not aware that it happens in Browse as well since the temp fix was to go to Browse to do the export.

So, are they cropped incorrectly before you export them? did you do any editing to the pano before you exported? How about giving some details to work with.

This doesn't make sense. Even if photo size was on it wouldn't be cropping your photo. Exporting to Luminar doesn't make sense either since Luminar isn't going to un-crop your photo. I expect that tech support couldn't help you because you don't explain ANYTHING properly and you just got lucky that Jorma is psychic. High five to Jorma.
