Problem to install

Hi,

as owner of ON1 Raw 2017 and 2018 as well i wanted to install the update.  2018.5. installer didn't work at. For previous versions 2018 or 2017 installer stopped with `Project requires 64-bit system Win 7 or newer, but I run Win 10 Pro.

Any ideas?

  Assuming you do have a 64 bit system, ny first option would be to reboot, make sure nothing else is running and antivirus is stopped temporarily then install the update as an Admin.

  If you still get that error, send a description of the problem and everything you've tried along with your full PC specs and a copy of the On1 log (if there is one) to tech support.
