On-1 re disk error message

Window 10:  Downloaded and installed latest RAW pgm.

                   From Photoshop cc where I launch Raw I get get a disk error -2147024891 message 2019 RAw install failure

                  On-1 2017 worked fine. On installing I opted to remove old version for the new Raw 18.

                  Now I am without access to On-1. Is there a fix for this problem?

  You don't mention if On1 works as a standalone. I'm assuming it's not working in either mode. The standard procedure would be to reboot the PC, without running any other apps and possibly stopping your antivirus temporarily, reinstall On1 as an Admin.

  I don't see any refrences to the error ypu posted, so if these suggestions don't do it, you'll have to put in a support request.
