    Hey everyone,

This error message is will only occur when attempting to sync Dropbox with the ON1 mobile application in a legacy version (ON1 Photo Raw 2017). Dropbox has updated their authentication since the final version of ON1 Photo Raw 2017 was released. Unfortunately the old ON1 Photo Raw 2017 was not updated to work with the new Dropbox authentication. If you would like to use Dropbox to publish/sync to the ON1 Mobile application, you will need to be running the new ON1 Photo Raw 2018.

However, if you are only an owner of ON1 Photo Raw 2017, you are still able able to publish to the ON1 Mobile app from your ON1 Photo Raw 2017 with a Google Drive account instead.

Don't know what you mean by 'frozen'. On1 photo for Mobile is alive and well. It's described on page 25 of the User manual (Aug 2018)

What I mean is that despite what it says in the manual it is not alive and well, it is frozen. Here is a screenshot:

Can anybody tell me what is going on with this important feature please?

A quick google search suggests that your cloud app (Dropbox?) has reached it's limit.

Edited: Ok, I don't know why this applies to On1 unless your dropbox is being used by multiple users. There is more info on this page ...

Sorry I just dont understand that! You mean that On1 has reached its limit of dropbox use? The message is from On1, not dropbox.

And in any case my dropbox is almost empty, that's why I wanted to start to use the PhotoVia feature now.

I don't understand it either, but it appears to be a dropbox problem. If you do some googling on that error, you see it's common and others have fixed it. If you can't figure it out, I guess you'll have to run it past tech support. If I see anything useful, I'll post it here. If you do figure it out, please post the fix here.

OK, thanks. I did look quite extensively on Google before posting this but I must have missed these comments. I'll have another look to see if I can find them and try any solutions they recommend.

According to the link tto the dropbox help page, the problem is not dropbox but On1. It implies that On1 has exceeded the number of users allowed on the app and needs to apply for "production status".

Does anybody know whether On1 has sorted this issue out with version 2018.5? I have now got PhotoVia working with Google but I have more space left in my Dropbox account, which is why I wanted to use that instead.

    Stephen,

I would suggest that open an issue report with ON1 on this and label it critical. I would not be at all surprised if this slipped thru the cracks with ON1. And if your "apply for production status" is actually the problem, ON1 may not have been aware of the different levels of Dropbox usages.

I agree with Kevin, further Googling suggests that this is a Dropbox problem but On1 needs to contact them to fix it. Put in a support request to on1.
