Resize 2018 Not Working
I am using the latest release. When I "Select All" in Resize 2018, and I apply my desired settings, a good number are NOT resized. (Approx 25% fail rate). Also, when I check "Overwrite without warning during a bulk resize, the program goes through the motions and when it's done, only one single image is resized. (I have triple confirmed I have "Selected All"). When I choose Do not Overrite, I get unwanted copies (and only about 75% are resized.). When using the "Overwrite without warning" selection, I can see one image file change as each image is processed. (like watching a movie). I have not changed anything. This just started occurring.

Michael, the only part of this that I can comment on is the Do not Overrite option. When used you should expect copies, so that's normal. What I'm wondering is, what is being overwritten. I hope it's not the original photo. You should be saving output files to a seperate folder.
As for the rest, could be a problem on your PC or a bug in On1. You should document this and send it to Tech support. Include a copy of the logs so they can see if the skipped phtos had errors or not.

The "Overwrite without warning" option is what I have been using for several years without a glitch. Now, for some odd reason, it looks like it is processing every selected image but only a single image shows during processing that literally gives a quick view of the images selected -like a movie. When the process is done only a single image has been resized.
When I choose the "Do Not Overwrite" option, all the selected images are processes, and added to my collection as copies. However, there is abut a 25% failure rate for resizing.
This just started happening. I have been using Resize since it was a standalone product.
How do I copy the logs so I can send to tech support?(who I find is not much help).

I uninstalled Photo Raw 2018.5 and reinstalled. That did not fix the issue.

I just realized that you're using the stand alone resize, i thought you meant resize in Photo raw. If yours has logs, it will be on the help menu. You should be able to view them and save to a txt file.

They 'were' trying for 24 hours, but they've been pretty busy lately. My last request took a couple of days.

Finally received a response from Tech Support. They have no answers/solutions. The batching feature in Resize does not work. If I process each image individually it works (sort of...some still do not resize at what I input. Literally, 1 pixel off). What a pain in the rear. I have been using Resize for almost 5 yrs now and it just broke. I will not be upgrading from Raw 2018 until this is fixed.

I've just started using this software - boy is it buggy.
