Iridient X-Transformer plus On 1?
Iv'e been waiting, a little impatiently, for On 1 to support Fuji X-T100 RAF files.
In the mean time, one solution is to use Iridient X-Transformer to convert to DNG files and use those in On 1.
I'm using the demo at the moment and the results look fine.
My question is:
When On 1 eventually support X-T100 files would there be any advantage to still go the route of converting to DNG before processing in On 1?
I'm guessing not but I'd be interested to hear from anybody who thinks the DNG options has real benefits.

I can't imagine having to convert my files before using them in On1. That would be hugely inconvenient.
As for supporting your camera, have you asked them? They're always adding new cameras with each update, you should make sure yours is on the list.

Rick, yes I have contacted On 1 re. the X-T100 support and I would be surprised if it wasn't included in the next update.
The only question is...when....and whether I would be wasting my money buying Iridient X-Transformer which would help me in the interim but which I might never need again after my camera is supported.

There is supposed to be a big announcement on Sept 25. Could be about the next update.
What happens with your raw files now when you use On1? Do they not read at all?

I would suggest that in the meantime use the free DNG Converter from Adobe to convert your images to DNG and use them.

Rick, thanks...will look forward to that with interest!
The current read of the X-T100 RAF files is a big NO!
Don, thanks for that suggestion...tried it and it seems to work OK but it didn't seem to include lens correction which is in IXT.
Iridient X-Transformer is very well regarded by Fuji users as a processing tool prior to exporting to Lightroom [which doesn't handle X Trans RAF at all well.]
But I'm pretty sure On 1 will be on the ball pretty soon! :)
