Vignette Centering Tool Problems after Cropping

Hey all,

This was a problem a while ago that was discussed on the ON1 FB page and I believe several of us put in trouble tickets about it back then. I went to go use the vignette tool today on 2 photos after I cropped them and it seems that the problem is there again (still there?) in 2018.5.3. Anyone else noticing this?

I did put a ticket in but since we have this forum now I thought I'd bring it into here as well  and ask.
