Fujiflm camera xt-3 support
When I open the RAF files in browse everything looks fine in ON1 RAW 2018.5 But when I want to develop , things are weird. Some photos open. Some others simply wont. Some others are compressed to a small window. I am not sure what's going on. I use Mac OS on a new MacBook pro.
Does ON1 RAW genuinely support Fujifilm xt-3 ? Is this still sometime away?

Nope, I see xt 1 and 2 on the supported cameras list but not 3. It could be added to 2019 but we won't know for a while. You should send On1 a note to make sure it's on their to-do list.
The problems you describe don't sound like that kind of an issue though. I think you should send in a support request and if you can attach some screen shots to show the problem it might help. Attach a copy of the On1 logs too.

Thanks...I will send in a support request.

Same problem here. File may eventually open, but process very slow. Much slower than Sony or Canon RAW - maybe X-trans sensor is causing problems?

I started importing these RAF files in Lightroom ad they seem to work. You can edit once you are in Lightroom….For the time being one can look at this solution.

They work great in Capture One Express - Fuji. It's free, too (have to load the right program on the second screen though). So that's my current solution. It's fast, gives great results, and lets me do basic post processing (not what I could do with On1 however).
That's all fine and dandy, but I'd like to do everything in On1 Raw like I do for Canon RAW files.

The XT-3 is not yet supported by ON1, you will need to wait for RAW support. You have 3 options until support is available: Adobe DNG converter to convert to DNG and process in ON1, Fujifilm X RAW Studio to convert to TIFF and edit in ON1, or Capture One to either process or convert to TIFF and edit in ON1.
