resizing in Raw vs Resize

I recently started using On1 Raw and On1 Resize on MacOS.

I tested the difference between the result of the two apps when enlarging the same image. I was surprised that the two results were different. I expected them to be the same, i.e. given that I had purchased both; i.e. my purchase of Resize might have allowed Raw to use Resize's resize algorithm. What's the story?

  If you're saying that you expected Photo Raw to automatically use On1 resize just because it's there, No, Photo raw is self contained. You might be able to send a photo to On1 Resize as a PSD if you want to use Resize as a plugin.

  In any case, why the results are different you'd have to ask On1.
