2018.5 can't handle 50+MB files
I JUST got the new Fuji X-T3. Its RAW files are large (50-60MB) and ON1 2018.5 on my MAC Mini. is gagging. I have a 3GHzi7 Processor, a 16GB 1600 MHZ DDR3 RAM and an Intel Iris 1536MB Graphics card. I shoot horse shows and have a ton of files to edit and I'm SCREWED. Any suggestions? I'm hoping the "new and improved" 2019 version will fix this.
Among other issues, all of my files have a solid black line on either the right (horizontal image) or top (vertical image) which means I have to crop EVERY SINGLE IMAGE. I talked to FUJI in case it was a camera issue and sent them some sample files. Nope.
I import using Photo Mechanic and in their software, no issue. So it has to be an ON1 issue. Plus, like someone else said, my processor is overheating too. I had it into the MAC shop for a check up and it's fine.
Any suggestions folks? Please?

In my case it handles 75MB Canon 5DsR images easily. This subject is covered in this thread ....

Best suggestion is to put in a support request. On1 will need to know the specs of your machine.

The machine specs are in the original post.

Tech support doesn't read these posts, you need to submit a request. There is a button at the top of this page.

" and an Intel Iris 1536MB Graphics card. "
And this is your problem. ON1 without GPU is nothing ;)

Thanks, I did send a request to tech support. They said the X-T3 would be supported in the next version (2019) plus they would also include that support in the final upgrade for the current version (2018).
Robert - what's a GPU?

I'm totally out of my depth on the technical hardware side.

Robert R., apparently I DO have a GPU:

Sorry Intel is not a GPU. It's laughing stock
nVidia / AMD that are really GPU's but never Intel.
