Access to v2019 Beta for 2018 owners?

It appears that I can't download the 2019 beta unless I pre-purchased it or am an ON1 Plus member. I was told that I get the 2019 version by virtue of my 2018 purchase date, but when I enter my email address to make the download, I am refused.

Has anyone else found out to get the beta under my conditions?

  Only Plus Pro members and those who've pre-ordered get the beta, as you correctly said.  You'll only get it when it's officially released.

  There is no reason that you can't send a message to customer support with this explanation and ask them to include you. They might say no but you won't know till you try.
