2019 won't let me sigh in

I've just downloaded  2019 it won't  let me sign in at the very start it gives me an error code of number 7 saying my password is incorrect, but I can sign in online with same password. I've also tried changing my password but that has not helped. you also can't do offline sign in as the web site does not have 2019 listed as a desktop app.

  They say to select the trial mode for the beta.
