JPEG work is fine, I suggest you raise a support request and attach one of the images you cannot see in the browser. Also provide details on where the image (JPEG) comes from.

Also attach a copy of the on1 logs to your ticket.

Just make sure the JPGs are 64K colour. ON1 doesn't support greyscale or less colours.

I tried a few thing, to get things working.
And now I found that the firewall blocked 2019-Version to connect
the internet. I changed settings and now all the jpg appear in 2019 Beta,
so everything works fine, but the question is:
Why does Photo Raw need to be connected to the internet to work right ?

According to the FAQ, On1 requires...

Internet connection for activation, auto update checking, content downloads and tutorials.

Are you accessing your photos from the web or using a cloud for the phone app?

I had an issue with PR2018 when the ON1 servers went down a little while ago. I could not use the app because I could not connect with the server.

    1) We absolutely should not have to be connected to the Internet for any version of PR to work. That's just bad coding. If that is the only way the program will work, I will want my money back.

    2) I bought the upgrade. Nowhere did it say not to log in (activate) the Beta version I downloaded. So I did. Now I see on the website that we should use the "trial version" choice instead. Shouldn't the program have NOT allowed me to login?

    3) So what now? Do I uninstall and start over?

    4) JPGs not showing in main panel. Cannot edit anything. Notified support.

The release notes for the beta said to activate as a trial to avoid problems later when the final release was ready. I was under the impression that logging in was disabled for the beta but maybe they disabled it later because people weren't reading the notes, not sure.

As for what to do now, that depends on weather you installed over or beside 2018. I think you might as well leave it as it is.
