Verification of support request submission
I have just had to click on loads of pictures of buses in order to have my support request verified. Every time I clicked the picture changed to another one with yet another bus. Click again and repeat until, finally, a picture without a bus appears and my submission was verified. On my 4K iMac the pictures are small and low resolution so difficult to tell if that blob in the distance is a bus or not!
While I appreciate that support doesn't want to be spammed I think the picture based verification is a right pain for those trying to help On1 by acting as beta testers.
Anyone else having problems with this?

No, I don't know where you were but I've never had to do that. You can send a support request from inside Photo raw (on the help menu) which is strictly email.
