    You didn't do anything wrong. You don't say if your using 2018 or 2019 beta, but either way you should put in a ticket ('submit a request' button) so On1 can check it out. You should include the description above, a copy of your logs (from the help menu) and On1 may want you to send the files so they can try it for themselves. Since those files won't fit in email, you'll need to send them separately. WeTransfer works well for that if you include the link in the email...

    I am using 2019 Beta. Yes the files are big. I may try it again with the latest beta version and see if I get the same issue and then log a ticket. THks for the confirmation that what I am doing is correct.
