Vignette Panel: Where the heck is it?!!!

Im trying to find the vignette panel in PhotoRaw 2019.

It is no where to be found.

Whats the deal?

  It's right where it's always been in effects. Select your photo click edit and select effects.

  Right.

  Had to hit the Add Filter button before anything showed up.

  Just hadn't done it before.

  Now I know.

  There used to be a Vignette in develop, but you still had to hit a button to get to it. It's not needed any more since develop and effects are together now.

  By the way, there is a new 'Priority' Vignette in the Type drop down box now.
